As an alpine ski instructor wearing ski boots 220 days a year, I really appreciate Erin's understanding that I need a pair of high performance slippers. When you get fitted for your boots and subsequently when you're in for fine tuning, Erin is the man. If you have a question, he'll answer it. If you have a problem, he'll work with you and your boots until it is resolved.
