Here you can find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.


How do I schedule an assessment?

Click Here to be sent to our booking page. From there you will be asked to fill out our fitting questionnaire. Once that is completed, you will be able to book an appointment in one of our available time slots.


Can you look at my old boots first?

Absolutely! If we can modify your existing boots to make them work better for what you need, we will do that first. However, if your old boot is simply not what is best for your foot, we will send you to get a new pair. This way we can guarantee you boot will fit your performance objectives.


Do you sell boots?

No. We don’t have any ski boots on the wall. This means that we can recommend the best boot for you. We have a number of local partners we trust with a variety of the top boot brands. This ensures you buy the proper boots to fit your foot.


What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please be sure to bring the following items to every appointment you have with us:

  • Your ski boots

  • Your favourite pair of ski socks

  • Any footbeds, heaters, straps or other extras that usually live with your boots

Why do you use the products you use?

Through years of testing and tinkering, we have developed a sense of what works and what doesn’t. It is through this process that we have identified a select group of suppliers that we work with to deliver the best overall boot fitting product possible.


Can I pay you in beer for my boot fitting?

Yeah….. No! We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard and other popular credit cards through our scheduling software. Payment is due upon scheduling the appointment. All of our payment policies and practices can be found in our Terms & Conditions.


What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We will try to be as flexible as possible with this but any cancelations made within 24-hours of your appointment are non-refundable. Please refer to our Booking Policy for full details.
